As the Librarian Assistant, I play a pivotal role in supporting the visual design team by contributing to a version control library—organizing, tracking, and collecting design assets from both past and current courses. I also serve as one of the primary contacts, guiding designer in locating files efficiently and mentoring designers on maintaining brand consistency.

The main goal of record-keeping is to track and organize miscellaneous information within each course. This process helps designers streamline their work and work more efficiently during tight deadlines—allowing them to quickly locate and recycle assets when needed. While records vary from course to course, they typically include character design specifications, character personas, file templates, and other essential resources.

This interactive, scenario-based course enables students to evaluate the effects of financial decisions based on their unique priorities, goals, relationships, and life situations. Initially launched in 2023, it reached 20,000 high school students across 15 states and is projected to expand to 40,000 students in 600 high schools across 19 states by the 2024-25 academic year.

During this project, the Achieve courses were undergoing a series of revitalizations. It was challenging to implement subtle updates mid-course while still defining the art style and avoiding any drastic visual changes.
